fantastic family stay near the beach

i recently spent a few days at this hotel with my family the two-room suite was ideal giving the kids their own space with a comfortable sofa bed we enjoyed privacy in our separate bedroom the location was super convenient right by the beach and the free trolley made it easy to explore south beach and lincoln road. we found the hotel clean and well maintained. the staff's friendliness was really notable everyone was cute and helpful.

the room was very nice and clean i appreciate the cleaning crew's daily work they ensured i had enough toiletries and towels the bed was always very well made. the hotel is directly on the beach it was easy to access the sand and ocean
the hotel has only one elevator working this sometimes caused delays

I stayed in a suite. It provided ample space for my family. the separate rooms were ideal (it allowed the kids to have their own area). the location proved convenient. I was steps away from the beach and a quick trolley ride from lincoln road.
the parking rates are costly, and the garage felt somewhat unclean.

I stayed in an ocean front king room, and the view was totally wonderful! the beach access was super easy. It's right by the promenade. breakfast had good choices and it was easy to get to the beach plus a nice swimming pool.

i enjoyed the direct beach access from the hotel grounds the included beach chairs and umbrellas added convenience. the reception area was open and cute there was complimentary latte available in the lobby. the staff was friendly. the hotel's proximity to restaurants made dining easy.
the parking was a bit tight the garage had limited spots for the hotel's size. i had to park a few blocks away and pay a daily fee. the parking area was not secured.
